Villa Elisabeth, the simple, classicist gallery hall in the middle of Berlin that is endowed with outstanding acoustics, will again host five DSO chamber music concerts in the coming season.

The chamber concerts begin either on Friday at 8.30 pm or on Sunday at 5 pm.

DSO also joined forces with Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz (Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation) to create its immensely popular ›Notturno‹ chamber series and invite music lovers and night owls to experience chamber concerts at famous Berlin museums and libraries.

For the second time, the four-part series ›Die Kunst der UnFuge‹, this time featuring cabaret stars such as Dieter Hallervorden, Anka Zink, Gayle Tufts and Piet Klocke together with chamber music ensembles of the DSO, invites you to the Schlosspark Theater in Steglitz.

The new concert format ›Music and Crime‹, in collaboration with the successful podcast ›ZEIT Verbrechen‹ (ZEIT Crime), brings turbulent crime stories from the history of music live to the stage of the Großer Sendesaal in the Haus des Rundfunks on two occasions – with Sabine Rückert, the deputy editor-in-chief and long-time crime reporter of DIE ZEIT, Andreas Sentker, the Chief Science Editor – and chamber music ensembles of the DSO.
