Kazuki Yamada & Seong-Jin Cho 26 Apr 2026

Before Kazuki Yamada took up his post as the new chief conductor of the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin (DSO) in the 2026-2027 season of that year, he made his final guest appearance on Sunday, April 26. He shared the stage with pianist Seong-Jin Cho, who performed Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1. Yamada also led his future orchestra in Anton Webern’s Passacaglia, Augusta Holmès’ La nuit et l’amour, and Robert Schumann’s Symphony No. 1.
