John Storgårds & Fazıl Say 22 Feb 26

On Sunday, 22 February 2026 Fazıl Say and the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin (DSO) premiered his piano concerto ›Mother Earth‹ in Germany. John Storgårds made his DSO debut conducting that night. The Finnish conductor rounded off the programme with Erich Wolfgang Korngold's opulent Symphony in F sharp and an orchestral version of the Andante moderato from Florence Price's String Quartet No. 1.
