The DSO presents its new film 'EINE ALPENSINFONIE' here on the DSO PLAYER. The lavish production presents the eponymous tone poem by Richard Strauss as a musical mountain tour with Reinhold Messner. Existential reports by the mountaineering legend enter into a cinematic dialogue with impressive concert footage shot in a 360-degree set-up of the imposing orchestra around DSO principal conductor Robin Ticciati at the Tempodrom in Berlin.
