Tickets for Cancelled Season 19/20 Concerts
Dear friends of DSO,
do you still have tickets for cancelled events from March to June? Of course you can return your purchased tickets. You have the following options for returning tickets:
Donation
We would very much appretiate it if you'd consider giving your ticket price as a donation and thus support us making the 2020-21 season possible. We are happy to receive your donation without returning the tickets to us. Please note that in this case (due to the requirements of the tax authorities) no donation receipt can be issued.
If you would like to receive a tax-deductible donation receipt, please send us your ticket, along with your name and address, as well as a note that you would like to donate your ticket value to us.
Refund
Our subscribers can easily get their tickets refunded. Please let us know in writing by email or letter that you want to return your subscription tickets. You do not have to send in your tickets. Unfortunately, due to technical requirements, we cannot exchange subscription tickets for vouchers.
For other ticket holders the following applies: You can exchange your purchased tickets for vouchers or have the money refunded. To do this, please return your concert tickets to the DSO's visitor's center at Gendarmenmarkt by sending your tickets by post to the address given and indicate your desired reimbursement – voucher or repayment. In case of repayment, please add your IBAN:

We recommend using registered mail service, because unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for tickets lost in the mail.
If you have any questions, our visitor’s service will be happy to assist you on the phone 030. 20 29 87 11, Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. You can also send us your questions via email. Unfortunately, our visitor’s service is currently unable to welcome customers directly on site.
Please return your tickets by July 31st.
Due to the large number of expected cancellations, we would ask you to refrain from enquiring the status of your repayment. We assure you that all refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. We thank you for your support and cooperation in this complex situation.
