Chamber Music Project with Berlin Schools 2021/22

In 2015, the chamber music project with Berlin schools was launched, in which members of the DSO supervise chamber music ensembles of all ages: they offer professional guidance in the rehearsal of works, provide technical assistance in playing, and facilitate an intensive exchange about and through music – with the aim of getting young people excited about this wonderful form of communication and encouraging them to explore it independently. The results of the current collaboration with ensembles made up of pupils from the Heinz-Berggruen-Gymnasium, the Canisius-Kolleg, the Droste-Hülsoff-Gymnasium and the Salvator Catholic School were presented in the annual concert on Sunday 16 January at 4 pm in the Heimathafen Neukölln.
