Five Berlin-based orchestras and the Junge Philharmonie are offering their joint youth subscription series in the 2011|2012 season. The six concerts in the two concert venues of the city are known as the ›Berlin Youth Subscription Scheme‹. They are all top-level affairs, i.e. directed by the principal conductor.

Young people between ages 16 and 21 can gain a first-hand impression of Berlin's foremost musicians and discover the city's two major concert halls at a price of only € 36 for the whole concert package. Of course the DSO will be present: experience them on 19 November 2011 with Tugan Sokhiev and Nikolai Tokarev at the Philharmonie.

The Berlin Youth Subscription Scheme is being coordinated by the Jugendkulturservice, where the concert package can be ordered by mail. Subscription requests for this limited offer will be processed as they arrive.
